When you book, you'll be asked to pay in full for the appointment. If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, as long as you tell us no later than 24 hours before your appointment is due to begin, we will refund your payment in full or transfer it to the new booking (Sundays not included so if you're booking a Monday appointment, you'll need to advise us by the previous Saturday). If you don't let us know in time or fail to attend your appointment without letting us know that you will not be attending, we reserve the right to retain your payment in full to cover our costs during the unproductive time. How to book your new patient checkup online
Registration & booking is easy; after accessing our patient portal by clicking on the 'Book now' button below, click on the 'Sign up' button, enter your details and then click 'Confirm'. You'll then be able to log in by entering your email address and date of birth and a one-time code will be emailed to you straight away. Then just copy & paste the code into the box and you'll be able to book your appointment. Please select 'New Patient Examination' from the available options and then follow the onscreen instructions
