To book your appointment via our patient portal, please click the 'book now' button below.

Registration & booking is easy; after accessing our patient portal, click on the 'Sign up' button, enter your details and then click 'Confirm'. You'll then be able to log in by entering your email address and date of birth and a one-time code will be emailed to you straight away. Then just copy & paste the code into the box and you'll be able to book your appointment. Please select 'New Patient Examination' from the available options and then follow the onscreen instructions

If you experience any difficulties registering or booking your appointment, please call the practice on 020 8688 3869 and we'll be happy to help. Please note, if you are unable to log in after registering, refresh the page and then try again.

Our examinations cost £49.95 and, when you book, you'll be asked to pay a £20 deposit to secure the appointment - this will be deducted from the amount you need to pay when you attend (or rolled over for further appointments if you need treatment). If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, as long as you tell us no later than 24 hours before your appointment is due to begin, we will refund your deposit or transfer it to the new booking (Sundays not included so if you're booking a Monday appointment, you'll need to advise us by the previous Saturday). If you don't let us know in time or fail to attend your appointment without letting us know that you will not be attending, we reserve the right to retain your deposit to cover our costs during the unproductive time.
