To book your appointment via our patient portal, please scroll down and click the 'book now' button below. If you experience any difficulties booking your appointment, please call the practice on 020 8688 3869 and we'll be happy to help.

Booking is easy, just enter your email address and date of birth and a one-time code will be emailed to you straight away. Then just follow the screenflow. Once you've selected your clinician & time slot, paid your deposit and confirmed your booking, a confirmation will be emailed to you. You can also use our patient portal to check the date and time of all appointments you have booked (including those booked in person or over the phone) and to update your personal details.

When you book using our online portal, you'll be asked to pay a £20 deposit to secure the appointment - this will be deducted from the amount you need to pay when you attend (or rolled over for further appointments if you need treatment). If you need to cancel or amend your appointment and tell us no later than 24 hours before your appointment is due to begin, we will refund your deposit or transfer it to the new booking (Sundays not included so if you're booking a Monday appointment, you'll need to advise us by the previous Saturday). If you don't let us know in time or fail to attend your appointment without letting us know that you will not be attending, we reserve the right to retain your deposit to cover our costs during the unproductive time. You can access all of our terms of service by clicking/tapping here. If you are a member of our monthly membership plan, your deposit will be refunded to you when you attend.

When you book, an appointment duration will be shown - for example, most hygienist sessions are shown as 40 minutes in length. However, this is the total time allocated for your appointment including surgery decontamination & preparation and completion of notes following your visit and your appointment will generally last between 15 & 30 minutes depending on the extent of the treatment required.
